1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EllieTalk, you agree to these Terms of Service provided by ActuallyWorks Co., Ltd. ("Company"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

EllieTalk is a language learning app that uses AI to extract dialogues from textbooks and enables users to practice through roleplay. Basic features are available without login; full access requires social login.

EllieTalk is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 may not register or use the service. Age verification (date of birth) is performed at login.

3. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Lite, Standard) are billed through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel anytime via your store's subscription management. Refunds follow each store's refund policy.

Minors under 18 may use paid services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Age verification (date of birth) is required at purchase, and a minor's payment is deemed to have guardian consent.

4. User Responsibilities

• Do not upload content that infringes on third-party copyrights.
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes.
• Do not use the service commercially without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure. AI-generated dialogue accuracy is not guaranteed.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
